The atmosphere is family oriented and relaxed.
Karate one owners and instructors Kristy and Alex are awesome. Our children have been attending since they opened in Illawong. While the students are learning karate Alex and Kristy are also teaching them important values like respect, kindness, fairness, inclusion and healthy living. This is all done in a fun and encouraging environment. Everyone is welcome at Karate One and they cater for those who just want some physical exercise through to others and who would like to compete at an elite level in the sport. We could not recommend Karate One highly enough.
Fantastic classes for all ages, my 4 year old loves it! Alex and Kristy are awesome with the kids, I highly recommend Karate One Illawong!
