We LOVE Karate One!! Both of my children (5 & 7) have been working hard on their karate skills and they loved it so much that I joined the adults Kick Box Club too. Alex and the team of instructors are student focused and the curriculum has been especially helpful for my 5 year old as it encourages kindness, cooperation and integrity.

We arranged a Karate Party for both of our kids and it was definitely a hi light of the year. Alex, Ethan and the team organised amazing and fun activities for kids of all ages and ability levels. The facilities are super convenient for self catering and the kids lost their minds when the cake was cut with a sword!!

I highly recommend Karate one if you’re looking for a family friendly Dojo to become a part of.

Could not recommend K1 high enough. Sensei Alex and Sensa\ei Kristy are exceptional karate instructors. 3 of my children ( 5,9,11) have been enjoying classes 4 days a week for nearly 3 years.
These classes range from fight club, Little Stars, Super Stars and Weapons. All classes are different and tailored to the appropriate ages groups.

Karate one owners and instructors Kristy and Alex are awesome. Our children have been attending since they opened in Illawong. While the students are learning karate Alex and Kristy are also teaching them important values like respect, kindness, fairness, inclusion and healthy living. This is all done in a fun and encouraging environment. Everyone is welcome at Karate One and they cater for those who just want some physical exercise through to others and who would like to compete at an elite level in the sport. We could not recommend Karate One highly enough.
