Karate One offers a comprehensive adults martial arts program that caters for everyone. Our adult martial arts program isnt limited to one type of martial arts style. Starting with Shotokan and Goju karate as the focal point of Karate One, we then add facists of many other styles to create a well rounded martial artist.

This includes ground defence techniques from Brazilian JiuJitsu, Knife defence and short stick defence from Filipino martial arts and even kicking techniques adapted from TaeKwonDo and that is just a few other elements.

If your looking for a challenge or just to feel more confident walking around Karate One will give you the best experience possible.

There is no experience or skill level needed to start with Karate One as
the program is developed to nuture and grow your skills as you progress through the ranking system.
